Return and refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In order to ensure the same, R S Brothers is always ready and willing to go the extra mile for its customers.
In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from R S Brothers, you may contact the R S Brothers Team with your complaints/feedback at reachus@rsbrothers.net, who shall revert back to you at the earliest.
Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.
In case the customers does not have access to local alteration facilities, R S Brothers recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error:

Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique.

Try to choose the option shown to minimize errors.

Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose customization option.
PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION/MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM-On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remarks on the proof of delivery. Customers should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that R S Brothers may pursue the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.
In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact R S Brothers at reachus@rsbrothers.net, within 24 hours of receipt of product.
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the R S Brothers regarding the same.
In case of any other complaints, email R S Brothers at reachus@rsbrothers.net, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from R S Brothers for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, R S Brothers does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
The email should contain comprehensive details/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that R S Brothers shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
All defective products being returned to R S Brothers shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from R S Brothers.
All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to R S Brothers within (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from R S Brothers.
Safe receipt of defective products by R S Brothers is the sole responsibility of the customer.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then R S Brothers shall make the necessary modifications/alterations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In rare circumstances when original fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.
Partial Refunds
In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, R S Brothers is unable to deliver certain products, the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate products, R S Brothers shall agree to refund the amount as against such non-deliverable products.
Credit Issues
Kindly note that credits against the customer’s credit card account normally takes three (3) business days to be processed. Thereafter, the corresponding bank of the customers may take about two (2) business days from the date of R S Brothers processing the same, to show the said credits on the customer’s accounts. Customers may use the credits in their next credit card statement.
Product Disclaimer
The details of the products or products(weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) as shown on the website of R S Brothers only approximate values.
Shipping
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon R S Brothers shipment to the shipping carrier.
While R S Brothers shall make all endeavors to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in color of the actual product against that as shown on the website, due to nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on the website as against the actual color of the product received.
The Customer may take note of the following

The colors red, maroon and orange colors have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. There may be certain variations between the product of such colors as seen on the website and actual product.

The colors green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.

The sea-green color sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.

Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.

R S Brothers recommends the use of its sample blouse/sample Salwar suit, size trail option, while placing orders for stitched products, in order to avoid errors of size/style, etc.
